Gregory is a Michigan State Certified Instructor for Real Estate Licensing & Education.

He teaches the 40-hour pre-licensing class, broker training, and continuing education courses for MiLicense.net, a Grand Rapids area real estate school.

His teaching style is vibrant and friendly, fostering comprehension and retention while bringing clarity to detailed and complex information.

As a subject matter expert, Gregory has written, contributed, and advised on several broker training and GRI curricula, as well as many real estate licensing online courses and textbooks.

Gregory offers individual and small group study, review, and preparation sessions for both the Broker and Salesperson state licensing exams – as well as real estate staff training.

Less is more! A well organized, decluttered home simply shows better. Gregory regularly advises clients on home updates, repairs, furniture placement, home decor, and simplifying their homes as part of his real estate services.

He’ll also arrange for photography as well as work with you to create a compelling selling narrative to guide marketing efforts.

BUYER’S STRATEGY CONSULTATION

Today, in 2021, West Michigan is experiencing a strong seller’s market, making it challenging for buyers to find the right house. Gregory meets with and advises buyers before they go out to purchase on the best ways to get an offer accepted in these incredibly competitive conditions.
