A Diverse Teaching Career

Teaching is one of Gregory’s passions, and over the past 25+ years, he’s taught a variety of topics across various fields.

During his early career (1992-2000), he served as a university professor, teaching philosophy and theology courses, mostly in Europe and the US. He also lectured widely on cultural, social, and religious topics.

Later in his career, he transitioned into the business world, where his skills were applied to instructional design - creating training courses ranging from environmental, health, and safety issues for manufacturing workers to user-centric design training for online marketers and web designers.

For the past 10 years (2014 - ), he’s focused on real estate education, including state licensing and continuing education courses and also serving as a subject expert on industry legal and regulatory affairs.

University Teaching

Gregory has served as a university professor, teaching philosophy and theology courses, mostly in Europe and the US. He also lectured publicly on cultural, social, and religious topics.

He's taught at The Milltown Institute (1992-1999), Maynooth University (1993-1995), and All Hallows College (1993-1995) in Ireland. He was a visiting lecturer at the Summer Philosophy Program in Gaming, Austria (1993-1994). He served for two years as assistant professor of philosophy at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania (1995-1996).

Gregory has lectured on various philosophical, theological, and cultural topics. He’s presented and taught in universities, seminaries, churches, religious settings, conferences, and panel discussions in Europe, Africa, and the US.

Course topics include - Introduction to Philosophy, Critical Reasoning, Ethics, Philosophy of the Person, Introduction to Phenomenological Realism, Philosophy of Economics, Political Philosophy, and Catholic Social Thought.

Gregory is a Michigan State Certified Instructor for Real Estate Licensing and Education.

As a subject matter expert, Gregory has written, contributed, and advised on several broker training and GRI curricula, online licensing courses, and print textbooks.

Licensing & Continuing Education

As a lead instructor for MiLicense.net, a Grand Rapids area real estate training school, he teaches the state 40-hour pre-licensing class monthly and an array of certified continuing education courses, including legal updates.

Gregory offers individual and small group study in preparation for the Broker and Salesperson state licensing exams. He's also available to teach continuing education classes at your brokerage.
